Team Leader of Consulting Contractors/Supervisor/Project Manager in Promotion

Main tasks:

• Recruitment, training and motivation of a team of consultants/sales managers/international brand representatives
• Planning, setting goals (KPI's), organization, control and evaluation of services provided by consultants
• Preparation and timely reporting

Requirements:

• Communicability, availability of a wide range of potential candidates - representatives-consultants/sales managers/brand representatives
• Strategic thinking, the ability to set priorities
• Initiative and proactive approach to solving tasks
• High level of self-organization and discipline
• Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user
