ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of

Team Leader AP with German

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a Accounts Payable team of around 15 people
• Be the Accounts Payable point of contact with key stakeholders
• Monitor and develop team performance
• Analyze AP processes in place in order to identify points for improvement
• Lead improvement projects
• Building and maintaining positive relations with the client
• Supporting the Client and Team members with ad hoc activities

Our expectations:

• Experience within a leadership position 
• Accounts Payable management experience
• Perfect communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week from the office in Dabrowa Gornicza)
• Master degree (preferably economic, in the field of finance and accounting)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
• Fluent in English and German (both at a minimum C1 level)
• Analytical thinking skills
• High personal culture in dealing with the client
