Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Senior Manager or Affiliate Team Leader (iGaming, experience with LATAM / IN traffic will be an advantage)
• Understanding of the specifics and ability to analyze SEO traffic
• A seasoned negotiator with a “win-win” mindset, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
• Interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships with affiliates and partners
• We value “outside-the-box” thinkers who can devise creative solutions to complex challenges
• Good problem-solving abilities to tackle issues head-on and find effective resolutions
• Experience of managing a team of 3+ individuals

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of 3+ individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
• Analyze and optimize SEO traffic for increased profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow traffic and conversions.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial deals with partners.
• Generate creative solutions for complex challenges.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
