- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an agency and in managing a team of specialists in Social Media and advertising campaigns in Google and Meta Ads (a necessary condition).
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships both within the team and with clients.
- Monday, Slack and Google Docs are your natural work environment.
- You can effectively delegate tasks and monitor the team's progress.
- You can inspire a team, motivate them to achieve ambitious goals and take care of their development and job satisfaction.
- You are open to feedback and can provide it constructively to your employees, supporting their professional development.
- Your strengths include: independence, pro-activity, empathy and responsibility.
What will your job look like?
In your position you will be responsible /a for:
- Leading and managing a team of specialists, supporting their development and motivating them to achieve their goals.
- Onboarding - introducing new members to the team.
- Co-creating our agency - making and influencing key decisions
- Assigning new projects, introducing changes.
- Translating strategic goals into team tasks and goals.
- Supporting the team in solving problems.
- Organizing regular One2One feedback and development meetings.
- Organizing company meetings twice a year.
- Going beyond the framework and thinking about team management from a broad perspective - doing more than is expected of you :)
- Sometimes also helping with general projects of the entire team - there is strength in a group!

- You will also cooperate with people responsible for HR and settlements.
