Leader of the team that will perform critical cyber security tasks as part of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine

Overview:

The vacancy involves managing " "red team", which will have a free choice of goals and will be able to realize themselves as much as possible in the direction of increasing the country's defense capability, both for the reach of White hats and Black hats. This is a front for your abilities! You will have the opportunity to solve critical tasks related to the cyber security of the state and the military in the company of people who do not care! Here they understand what you need to do and do not ask for too much, the main thing is that you are able to realize your potential as much as possible and they will create all the conditions for this. Our goal is the effective application of your knowledge and skills!

Main duties:

• direct activity of the "red team"
< li>management of the cyber security team, including the allocation of tasks, motivation and development of team members
• assessment and testing of information and communication systems for compliance with cyber security standards and requirements
• providing advice and training employees on cyber security issues and compliance with information security rules

Mandatory requirements:

• proven strong experience in the field of information security, experience in managing teams penetration testing, experience in leading a team of cyber security experts, ability to motivate and develop team members
• deep knowledge of modern automation tools and implementation of penetration testing tasks, skills in developing new methods and tools for implementation of penetration testing tasks in non-typical technical situations
• understanding of network architecture, including network protocols, routing and switching
• knowledge of architecture and security of cloud solutions
• hands-on experience with vulnerabilities in various operating systems and ability to exploit vulnerabilities and use exploits
• experience with traffic interception and data analysis tools
• ability to develop custom security testing tools
• understanding of web application vulnerabilities and methods of their exploitation and countermeasures
• experience of conducting penetration tests in web applications and APIs
• deep knowledge and understanding of cryptography and data protection methods
• ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
• a high level of analytical skills to understand complex technical problems and identify potential threats
• certifications in the industry will not help cyber security -   CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc...

Employment conditions:

• contract service for reserve officer and rank-and-file "before the announcement of demobilization"
• work in the office, in the center of Kyiv, 5/2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
