Team lead (with knowledge of English B2+) in Marisyuk A.M., FLP

We are looking for an ambitious Team Leader who will become a team leader, ensure the quality of communications, control and support processes in the CRM system for fully remote work!

Main responsibilities:

Controlling the communication of managers in CRM to ensure a high level of service; listening and analyzing dialogues of call center managers (with and without transcription), providing feedback to improve the team's communication skills.

Organization and support of work processes in the team, distribution of tasks; assistance in solving complex issues regarding materials, agreements and the CRM system; operational communication with managers, assistance in solving critical situations. The team is planned from 5 to 7 people (currently 4)

English language skills: level B2 or higher

Attention and multitasking - mandatory!

We offer:

Type of work: Full remote

Rate: UAH 40,000 + interest from 2-3 months of work (depends on your abilities) Schedule: Mon — Fri with 09:00 to 18:00 (if you are in a country with a different time zone - we can discuss this) If you are organized and pay attention to details - this job is for you!
