We are the marketing company UkrTraff, looking for a highly qualified TEAM LEAD on WHITEHAT to work with Europe and the USA! Who do we see in this position: -Experience in arbitrage with the commodity/domestic vertical from the 1st year; -Strong project management skills; -Ability to set up and optimize advertising campaigns in FB;-Initiative, technical literacy, attentiveness;-Practical skills of working with tracking and analytics services;-Experience of working with large budgets/successful case studies;-Experience of leading a team of 3-5 people. What tasks will be in front of you: - Analytics of current advertising campaigns, testing of new GEOs and offers; - Control of a group of media buyers, team management, building and optimization of team work, training of employees; - Generation of new approaches to creatives, settings and search; - Work with technical department, creative, writing TK; - Monitoring of KPI achievement; - Clear reporting on ROI and accounting of finances; - Completing the team with the necessary specialists.
