Responsibilities: Increasing the subscriber base in your area of responsibility (territory, sector): Searches for new partners and accompanies in the work of existing dealers; Summarizes the work in the reporting month, discusses areas of development and draws up an action plan for the new month with the dealer's management at regular meetings; Prepares a monthly development plan for the FTTB dealer in its territory; Selectively conducts audits of established dealers' retail stores, regional sales departments of FTTB partners; Detects the required number of staff at the FTTB partner. Supervises the recruitment and training of the partner's employees; Ensures the appropriate level of knowledge of fixed line sales managers. 2.
