Team Lead Tele Sale in APS Recruiting

An international company operating in the textile production market is looking for a Team Lead Tele Sale 

Basic requirements:

• Work experience of 3 years in telephone sales ("cold" calls will be an advantage);
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of the English language not below the intermediate level;
• Experience in the field of B2B sales;
• Experience in conducting negotiations from a manager to top managers;
• Certified PC user (Excel, Word , PowerPoint);
• Experience with CRM;
• Competent pronunciation (Ukrainian) and the ability to communicate with a large number of people;
• Ability to understand the client's needs and offer solutions , which meet his expectations;
• Punctuality and readiness to independently plan work;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Patience and the ability to engage customers in a conversation;

Functional responsibilities:

• management of the sales team and its development ;
• control of the execution of sales plans by the team;
• development of strategic sales plans and their implementation within the specified time limits;
• conducting presentations and negotiations on projects;
• team training and motivation;
• participation in conferences and exhibitions;
• budgeting of the sales department;
• control of customer reports in CRM; signing contracts.

• work schedule: 5/2, from 9.00 to 18.00;
