Team leader of Business & Services OLX category

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

  • Managing the sales team (up to 15 employees);
  • Ensuring the achievement of the set KPIs goals by the team;
  • Analysis and formation of the team's sales strategy.
  • KEY DUTIES:

    • Analyze the behavior of customers on the OLX resource and beyond, understand the goals of the "Business and Services" category and independently develop a strategy for attracting, retaining and developing business customers; li>
    • Organization of the work of the sales team;
    • Setting and implementation of planned indicators and tasks for the group;
    • Planning of the working day, week, month both for oneself and the team;
    • li>
    • Constant monitoring and evaluation of the quality of outgoing and incoming calls of each agent of the team;
    • Providing feedback on the results of the month, the quality of the conversation, intermediate results, etc. (oral and written);
    • Creation and continuous improvement of the conversation script based on the analysis of telephone conversations; Forming a knowledge base, tools for effective argumentation and working out objections that arise in the course of sales by group managers.
    • Reporting in accordance with accepted norms in the company;
    • Identifying the development potential of group managers, organization and conducting team training;
    • Conducting morning (and other, if necessary) meetings with the team;
    • Control and assistance in the implementation of KPIs of team employees;
    • Participation in the adaptation of new employees and training of the existing team;
    • Working on improving the customer base and interacting with existing customers for their development;
    • Creating and leading projects to achieve team goals;
    • Formation of lead generation and its prioritization;
    • Working with the CRM system and reporting in it; Participation in the organization and implementation of online and offline events for business customers of the Business and Services category.
    • Close cooperation with the marketing team and the head of the Business and Services category on projects aimed at B2B customers

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Higher education

    • Experience: 2 years of management experience

    • Knowledge:

      • knowledge of the organization of the work process of sales departments, 

      • team motivation

      • strategic thinking, 

      • advanced user of office programs, 

      • knowledge of the Ukrainian language, language and writing literacy;

      • Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above;

      • Service knowledgeOLX and active use of the platform.

    • Skills:

      • Motivation of personnel;

      • Team management;

      • Public speaking.

    • Personal qualities:

      • Communication, openness, flexibility, proactivity, energy, purposefulness, stress resistance, responsibility and decency;

      • The ability to find a common language with any person;

      • Ability to ensure the achievement of set goals.
