ROLE OBJECTIVE:
- Managing the sales team (up to 15 employees);
- Ensuring the achievement of the set KPIs goals by the team;
- Analysis and formation of the team's sales strategy.

- Analyze the behavior of customers on the OLX resource and beyond, understand the goals of the "Business and Services" category and independently develop a strategy for attracting, retaining and developing business customers; li>
- Organization of the work of the sales team;
- Setting and implementation of planned indicators and tasks for the group;
- Planning of the working day, week, month both for oneself and the team;

- Constant monitoring and evaluation of the quality of outgoing and incoming calls of each agent of the team;
- Providing feedback on the results of the month, the quality of the conversation, intermediate results, etc. (oral and written);
- Creation and continuous improvement of the conversation script based on the analysis of telephone conversations; Forming a knowledge base, tools for effective argumentation and working out objections that arise in the course of sales by group managers.
- Reporting in accordance with accepted norms in the company;
- Identifying the development potential of group managers, organization and conducting team training;
- Conducting morning (and other, if necessary) meetings with the team;
- Control and assistance in the implementation of KPIs of team employees;
- Participation in the adaptation of new employees and training of the existing team;
- Working on improving the customer base and interacting with existing customers for their development;
- Creating and leading projects to achieve team goals;
- Formation of lead generation and its prioritization;
- Working with the CRM system and reporting in it; Participation in the organization and implementation of online and offline events for business customers of the Business and Services category.
- Close cooperation with the marketing team and the head of the Business and Services category on projects aimed at B2B customers
