Our ideal candidate has: Work experience in companies with 200+ people in the position of Team Lead System administrator from 2 years; Experience in building department processes and writing technical documentation (instructions) for users; In-depth knowledge of the principles of network security and IT infrastructure support and development; In-depth knowledge of OS, networks , distributed computing; Hands-on experience with networking equipment MikroTik, Cisco, Unifi, Extreme, Juniper; Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix, MacOS and Windows Server; Deep knowledge of AD, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, VLANKnows products Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Asana at the administrator level; Self-sufficient in solving problems; Practical experience in managing IT infrastructure projects; Experience in managing the work of a team from 1 year. What you need to do: Manage a team of system administrators, delegate tasks, provide guidance and support to team members, effectively organize the work of the department; Optimization of department work and reporting; Budgeting and cost control; Management of complex and corporate infrastructure of the company; Timely processing of ServiceDesk requests and prioritization of problems; Interaction with contractors and suppliers of equipment and software; Purchase and inventory of equipment; Interaction with other departments of the company; Management and support up-to-date technical documentation (instructions); Working with remote users; Controlling the access system; Ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure; Managing IT infrastructure projects Ensuring fault resistance, scaling.
