Team Lead System Administrator in Gypsy

Hello! We are a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program established in 2020, operating within the Tier-1 market segment. We have 2 licenses and 11 own brands.We're expanding our technical team and are searching for a Team Lead System Administrator.Who we are looking for:- 3+ years experience as a System Administrator;- Proficiency in deploying and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on laptops and desktop computers;- Expert in asset management, including tracking hardware and software inventory using tools OCS Inventory, FusionInventory, GLPI, or similar;- Expert in configuring and managing VPN solutions for secure remote access;- Knowledge of VPN protocols, encryption standards, and authentication mechanisms;- Experience with network infrastructure setup, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points;- Strong knowledge of network security principles and firewall configurations;- Expert in centralized user management using OpenLDAP, FreeIPA or similar tools;- English - Upper-Intermediate.Your main tasks involve:- Ensuring new user devices are provisioned with the necessary software, security configurations, and access permissions;- Overseeing the tracking and management of all company-owned equipment;- Managing software licenses, tracking installations, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements;- Configuring and managing VPN solutions for secure remote access to the company's network resources;- Maintaining and optimizing the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points;- Configuring and managing tools for centralized user management;- Leading a team of system administrators, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members.We are attentive to your:- Vacation Time: To support your work-life balance, our company provides 24 calendar days of paid vacation annually;- Health Leave: Your health is important to us.
