We invite a Team Lead System Administrator.
Basic responsibilities:Management of the IT support department, ensuring effective distribution of work and monitoring of task performance;
Determination of task priorities, organization of team work to achieve goals;
Team management (6+ employees);
Optimization of department work processes and implementation of DevOps approaches;
Execution and implementation of internal projects and tasks;
Management, motivation and team development.
We expect:
Experience of managing a team of IT specialists from 4+ years (number of subordinates from 6 people);
Experience in system administration (Linux);
Experience supporting external IT servers (eg AWC, G-Suite, etc.);
Experience configuring Apache 2 and Nginx web servers;
Experience with mysql, postgres only at the level of administrative tasks (backup, data restore, server administration);
Developed management skills, high level of self-organization;
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes would be an advantage;
CI/CD automation and organization skills (Jenkins) (preferred);
Automation experience with Ansible (preferred).
