What needs to be done?

  • Analyze the workload and help the team prioritize tasks.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, interviews, onboarding, mentoring and monthly team retrospectives.

  • Monitor the quality of responses, analyze and change communication strategies according to trends and situations.

What kind of experience are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience in game support.
  • Experience with Helpshift, Zendesk or other similar services.
  • The level of English is Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Ability to allocate tasks, prioritize and analyze workload.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft products at the level of working with data, integrations, visualizations.
  • Successful experience in team management, processes and coordination of communication with players.

Not required, but would be a plus:

  • Experience with farm games and city builders.
  • Ability to think systematically and experience working with data analytics.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
