Basic functional:

• Organization of an effective work process and analysis of the results of specialists' activities, providing feedback;
• Training of specialists, mentoring during the trial period;
• Formation of the work schedule and ensuring optimal workload;
• Prompt resolution of current issues that arise in the work process;
• Proposing and implementing ideas to improve processes and increase the efficiency of the department.
