If you are ready to share your unique point of view and experience to be part of the work process from concept to implementation of ideas - we have a MATCH! # Your duties: Management of the work of the department; Creation and implementation of SMM strategy according with business goals; Managing accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and in the future - YouTube (timely publication of posts, creation of creatives, organization of photo shoots, advance planning and coordination of publications); Analysis of competitors and social media trends for the integration of effective strategies; Understanding of targeting settings through Meta Ads; Monitoring of Ukrainian and world trends. # We are looking for you if you: Have experience in a managerial position in the field of marketing and SMM from 2 years; Ability to effectively target and analyze advertising campaigns; Creation of TK and creatives for advertising ;You know how to create attractive and meaningful original content that will attract the attention of the target audience;You are creative, multitasking, proactive and energetic;You have skills in working with photo and video editors (Canva, Figma, Inshot, VN, CapCut and others).# What we offer ?Full-time schedule: MON-FRI 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Comfortable office in the center of Kyiv; Professional and career development; Salary review after the trial period and every six months; Paid sick leave and vacations; Transparent system of motivation and bonuses for achieving results; Regular corporate parties and team building events.
