Team Lead SMM in Starlight Media

And today the Starlight Media Broadcasting Division invites you to join its Team Lead SMM team.

Your tasks will be:

• management of a team of SMM specialists, coordination of work, setting KPIs and monitoring the fulfillment of deadlines;
• development of the ecosystem of STB TV channel pages and broadcaster projects on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Telegram and Viber;
• operational management of STB official accounts, control of tone of voice and visual style of the brand;
• implementation of commercial and partnership integrations in social networks;
• management of advertising integrations on film sets;
• systematic analysis of competitor activity on the media market, tracking of global trends and their adaptation for digital platform of the channel;
• analysis of content effectiveness, preparation of regular reports and formation of strategic recommendations based on data.                                                      

Our expectations from you:

• higher education (preferably humanitarian direction: marketing, PR, journalism);
• 2 years of work experience in SMM and a sincere desire to grow to the level of Team Lead within a large media holding;
• a high level of "viewability", understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to adapt trends to the needs of the audience;
• ability to create real content (from idea to editing) that resonates with the audience and stimulates sharing;
• skills in working with analytical services of social networks and the ability to draw conclusions based on numbers;
• confident skills in working with Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN (or other video editing program);
• knowledge of the English language will be a priority;
• initiative, creativity, responsibility and an active civic position.
