What will you do?

• Create a strategy and develop a project within SMM services

• Build strong relationships with the team on the client side, work with their expectations, clearly understand the goals and the end result

• Coordinate the project team, plan the workload, assign TK to specialists, be responsible for the quality of task performance

• Manage the creation of content in the client's social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, Viber, WhatsApp)

• Follow trends, work on constant improvement of content and search for new solutions and mechanics

• Analyze the achieved results, together with the team prepare regular and detailed reports for the client

• Form a work plan and keep financial records of budgets, form reports

• Prepare commercial proposals within the project together with the team and defend them.

It is important for us:

• Experience in the position of SMM Team Lead in an agency from 1-2 years

• Successful experience of managing an SMM team from 3 people

• Understanding how social networks work and how to create content for the client (IG/FB/TG/Twitter/TikTok/Viber/WhatsApp)

• Experience planning workload in a team, understanding the specifics of the client and the plan of marketing activities

• Be in the context of novelties on the market, introduce new services for customers.
