Team Lead SMM in 25 Coffee Roasters

Hello! We are looking for a responsible, proactive and creative team leader for the SMM division team.

If you know how to organize processes, have experience working with a team and you want to grow as a specialist - welcome to our marketing department ;)

What to do:

• Organize the work of the SMM department, monitor the implementation of plans
• Implement new ideas and strategies for the development of the direction
• Work with analytics and reports, ensure results in social media outreach and sales
• Communicate with partners on SMM partnerships

What we expect from a colleague:

• Organizational skills, the ability to work in a team and with a team
• Experience in marketing or SMM from 2 years
• Strategic thinking, analytical abilities
• Trendiness, developed vision of beauty
• Understanding the coffee market of Ukraine and Europe will be a plus< /li>
