We are currently looking for a creative and experienced SMM Team Lead to lead our marketing team. If you have significant experience in SMM, know how to create effective strategies and manage a team, we want to see you on our team!

What will you do:

• Managing, supporting and mentoring a team of SMM specialists.
• Coordinating the work of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Forming and coordinating work and workload in department;
• Monitor the performance of the department as a whole tYou must be ready to become the coordinating center of all work projects, conduct meetings that will help in the development of the project, initiate brainstorms with a target specialist, copywriter and designer to achieve the best results;

What do you need?

• Senior, Team Lead or Head of SMM work experience in an agency from 1 year;
• Readiness be responsible for the result and lead a team of the same top specialists;
• Skills to think strategically;
• Understanding of SMM trends and developed visibility and sense of taste, regular analysis of fresh trends in design and copywriting;< /li>
• Understanding the target only at the "jun" level (of course, you won't be able to adjust it with your hands. But you need to be able to understand the main types of RK and the algorithms of their work for competently building a strategy.);
• The desire to become part of our marketing community, and be able to turn clients' businesses into brands everyone is talking about!
