We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead SEO to lead our SEO efforts and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global market SEO, take ownership of the SEO growth strategy, and manage a team of SEO professionals.

We empower marketers and business owners to create custom on-brand website widgets including email and promotional popups, forms, informers, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and own the SEO growth strategy to drive organic acquisition.

• Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Own organic growth metrics, and align them with general OKRs.

• Lead and manage SEO team (keyword researcher, link builder, crowd marketer), providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend necessary changesto improve website performance and user experience. Monitor and improve website technical SEO health metrics (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Netpeak Spider, JetOctopus, …)

• Influence the SEO content strategy, and align it with the content team and OKRs.

• Develop a link-building strategy and manage execution.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, min 2 years in product companies.

• 1+ years of experience in management 2+ people team.

• Extensive experience in global market SEO is a must-have.

• Proven success cases of implementing SEO strategies

• Strong experience in technical SEO + understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in developing and implementing content and link-building strategies 

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

• English B2+

• Experience in implementing AI tools as a part of SEO strategy and SEO processes will be a plus.
