Team lead, senior sales manager in BIHELS

We are looking for a team member St. a sales manager who knows how to sell has experience working with CRM systems, knows how to develop a strategy to increase efficiency, how to organize the work of a team and ensure a high level of customer service and the achievement of planned indicators.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with Key CRM (customer database management control, order management and control over their fulfillment, reporting).
• Organization and optimization of necessary business processes (reception, processing, shipping , full support for orders of online store customers).
• Development of scripts and instructions for CC Operators, evaluation of the effectiveness of processing incoming calls/applications.
• Analysis and development of planned indicators, improvement of conversions/increase average check, finding effective solutions for working with clients.

Important :

• Similar experience from 1 year - welcome!
• Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools, understanding of sales methodology.
• Results oriented, excellent communication skills, customer orientation, initiative.
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to changes.
