Team Lead (Search Arbitrage) in Gravity

We are currently looking for aTeam Lead (Search Arbitrage) who will join our team to achieve cool results together.

What is important to us:
- Experience with FB Ads, TT ads in the Search Arbitrage niche;
- Experience in Search Arbitrage with Facebook from 6 months;
- Experience in working with budgets from $30,000 per month;
- Successful start-up cases that you can talk about at an interview;
- The ability to analyze a large amount of information and constantly look for new approaches in advertising;
- Understanding and skills in selecting offers and finding and selecting keywords with the highest RPC. Search and analysis of keywords and audiences to maximize ROI;
- Competent approach in testing new categories and further scaling;
- Ability to work independently and build a team.

What you will do:
- Development and execution of an advertising strategy on Facebook Ads in the Search Arbitrage niche;
- Budget management, with the aim achieving maximum ROI;
- Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns and finding new approaches to increase efficiency;
- Choosing optimal offers and keywords ;
- Testing new categories and strategies and scaling successful campaigns;
- Building and leading a team of Search Arbitrage specialists.< br style="font-weight: 400"/>
