We are looking for a Team Lead SDR (outbound) to strengthen our team.
You will work with potential clients to realize their best ideas and solutions using Clockwise Software.
👩💻 We expect:
- work experience of 3 years in the position of Lead Generation / SDR in IT companies, of which 2 years of experience in the role of Lead;
- English level - Advanced;
- successful experience of managing outbound processes in an outsourcing company;
- experience of managing an SDR team;
- understanding of our business domain (technology and services);
- strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data;
- the ability to work with objections and refusals;< /li>
- desire to learn and constantly develop your professional skills.
💪We will also appreciate:
- experience with customer development.
🙌 What tasks await you:
- creating an outbound strategy together with Head of Sales;
- implementation and A/B testing of outbound strategies;
- management and mentoring of the SDR team;
- formation of a convincing outreach strategy based on ISR and VRs;
- attraction of new customers;
- formation of feedback to improve sales development processes;
- participation in studies of target companies and key contacts,
- cooperation with marketing on sales enablement;
- management of objections and refusals.
