  • work experience of 3 years in the position of Lead Generation / SDR in IT companies, of which 2 years of experience in the role of Lead;
  • English level - Advanced;
  • successful experience of managing outbound processes in an outsourcing company;
  • experience of managing an SDR team;
  • understanding of our business domain (technology and services);
  • strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data;

  • creating an outbound strategy together with Head of Sales;
