What you will do:

Inmanagement by the team:

  • Coordinating the work of call center operators and monitoring the performance of KPIs;
  • Distributing tasks among team members and monitoring their performance;
  • Training of new employees, improving the skills of the team;
  • Analyzing the quality of customer service and implementing improvements.

Sales and working with customers:

  • Reception and processing of orders (phone, website, messengers), customer consultation;
  • Active sales, working with objections and closing complex deals;
  • Supporting communication with the client base, informing about promotions;
  • Preparation of commercial proposals for corporate clients.

Operational activities:

  • Processing of counterparties, invoices and control of payments and receivables;
  • Working with PRRO;
  • Price monitoring, price updating and control of balances;
  • Issuance of returns, interaction with the service center;
  • Work in systems: Binotel, 1C, Kashalot;
  • Preparation of reports on sales and team performance.

We we expect from you:

  • Experience in sales from 1 year, experience in managing a team will be an advantage;
  • Confident command of telephony, CRM (in particular Binotel) and office programs (Excel, Google Sheets);
  • Excellent sales skills, ability to work with objections and close deals;
  • Knowledge of order processing, documents and financial processes operations;
  • Leadership qualities, the ability to motivate a team and achieve results;
  • Skills in organizing the work process, prioritizing tasks and delegating;
  • Analytical abilities, experience in working with 1C and preparing reports;
