Team Lead (Sales Team) in TOV "GUD LAYN LTD"

 Our company is currently looking for an experienced and energetic team leader who can organize the work of the sales team, manage people and achieve results together with the team. The project is related to online product sales. 

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of approximately 20 employees. 

- Monitoring the execution of monthly plans and KPIs. 

- Holding regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members. 

- Development and training of employees. 

-Quality control of operators.

-Organization of team work processes and maintenance of work discipline. 

-Analysis of team performance and performance improvement. 

-Helping the team achieve high sales results.
