Our candidate:
• Has 1+ years of experience in B2B sales as a team lead
• Experienced working with a team, ability to give and receive feedback
• Proven track record of building long-term relationships with customers, as well as the ability and willingness to analyze , as well as develop new approaches and opportunities to expand the client base
• Has analytical skills, the ability to identify sales trends and patterns
• Confident communicator and negotiator
• Goal-oriented, results-oriented, attentive to details

What tasks will need to be worked on:
• Proactively seek new business and sales opportunities
• Improve and strengthen metrics at each stage of the sales funnel < br/>• Develop goals for the sales department
