We are currently looking for Team Lead Risk/Anti-Fraud, who has experience in risk management and anti-fraud. You will lead the Risk, Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering, KYC and Player Verification team, influencing team performance and business objectives.
What is important for this role:
Experience with the analysis, improvement and optimization of processes in the risk department;
li>Understanding of risk management processes and methods;
Experience of working with regulations and regulatory requirements;
Analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions;
Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
Experience of working in the field of anti-fraud in the IGaming industry;
Experience of working with Tier 1 countries;
< /li>Future tasks:
Risk, Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering, KYC and Player Verification team management;
Tools and installation suggestions procedures necessary to achieve goals and maintain a high level of service;
Creation of anti-fraud rules based on analytics and segmentation;
Monitoring the optimization of risk management processes and participation in relevant projects;
Review of the existing processes of the client operations department, implementation of tools for the detection, assessment and control of operational risks;
Finding and detection of fraudulent operations (bonus abusers, conspiracy);
Monitoring of user gaming activity;
Daily checking of user data for compliance with site requirements and conditions upon withdrawal;
Analysis, control of individual user cases;
Control of the work of the team;
Formation of reporting on projects;
Analysis of the use of bonus offers;
Daily monitoring and analysis of information with subsequent detection of fraud;
Interaction and managementteam work.
