A dynamic and promising Ukrainian company specializing in the design, production and operation of machines and tools is looking for a specialist for the position of Team Lead QA< /strong> in Kyiv. 

Requirements:

• Middle-strong QA / Senior QA / Team Lead QA.
• Experience of 3 years or more.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Resistance to stress.

What you will do:

• Team coordination and management: Organization and distribution of tasks among team members, training and mentoring.
• Development and implementation of test strategies: Development of test strategies, their implementation for projects on Python, JavaScript and embedded systems.
• Software quality assurance: Coordination of the discovery, documentation and correction process defects.
• Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with development teams to ensure understanding of requirements and specifications. Cooperation with the project management department for planning and execution of test phases.
• Test automation: Development and implementation of automated tests for Python, JavaScript and embedded projects.
• Monitoring and reporting: Tracking of quality indicators and the effectiveness of the testing process, monitoring the time "from developer to production".
• Update and support of testing tools: Selection and implementation of new testing tools. Updating and maintaining existing testing tools and environments.
• Documentation of processes: Creating and maintaining documentation for testing processes. Ensuring documentation is up-to-date according to changes in project or requirements.
• Participation in project planning and development: Actively participate in project planning at early stages to accommodate testing requirements. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to develop a test plan that meets project goals.
