We are an international outsourced call center that has been working with different markets for over 13 years: from Europe to Latin America.
We work with different languages, teams and projects, but one thing is important for us - the quality of work, clear processes and normal human communication within the team.
Now we are expanding the direction of the German market and are looking for a person who can take over the team and influence the result. The role will suit both an experienced Team Lead and a strong operator / sales who wants to grow into management.
What you will need to do:
- Manage a team of operators: set tasks, control the quality of work;
- Monitor KPI and team results;
- Maintain daily communication and work rhythm;
- Coordinate project processes;
- Help in the adaptation of new employees;
- Search ways to make the team work more efficiently;
- See where the result is falling and propose solutions.
Who we are looking for:
- fluent German (B2-C1+);
- experience in a call center or sales;
- management experienceor readiness to move into management;
- understanding of working with KPI and indicators;
- responsibility, initiative and ability to stay focused.
