What will you do? product and service development of the RRS department, implementation of relevant marketing tools; participation in company projects, implementation and optimization of company, department and interface processes with other departments; improving the quality of team and department work; participating in communication with clients, coordinating the work of project teams; team management (training and development, motivation, regular feedback to employees in the form of team and individual meetings, setting tasks, evaluating team performance , onboarding and participation in the process of recruiting new specialists, control of work processes and workload); management of the operational efficiency of the team, monitoring of the profitability of projects, planning of the work of the team; control of the process of implementation of the set plans in terms of month/quarter; participation in the preparation and protection of commercial offers for sale new and maintenance of existing projects. It is important for us: spoken English from level B2+; experience in PPC from 3 years; experience in the position of managing a PRC team from 1 year; high level of technical expertise in paid traffic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads , LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, etc.); experience of working with Western projects (eCommerce, leadgen); experience of working with web analytics systems (GA4), reporting (LookerStudio, PowerBI), data analysis (SimilarWeb, Statista ); understanding of key metrics (AOV, CR, CPA, ROI, ROMI, ROAS, LTV) and methods of their improvement; deep knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Drive; high level of communication skills (negotiation, flexibility and reasoned communication , finding the best solutions for both parties); awareness of the latest trends in RRS, best practices and digital marketing in general (understanding of Internet marketing channels and their relationship); ability and skills to analyze data on a large scale, ability to look at the situation from all sidesexperience and understanding of the principles of media planning for the short and long term, as well as depending on the level of business development; orientation to the result, outstanding organizational skills and experience in managing several complex projects at the same time (from idea to implementation); the ability to find a common language with different types people, work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of own efficiency; competent spoken and written Ukrainian.
