Traffic Rabbits is a young company that specializes in traffic arbitration in the vertical - a commodity. The team is successfully growing and developing during the 3 years of operation, the total staff is already about 70 employees. Your tasks: Team management (recruitment, adaptation, training, work control); Search for advertising connections and their scaling; Control of the advertising budget; Construction strategies; Reporting and their analysis; Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; Tracking key performance indicators of the team; Regular management; Conducting 1:1 with the team. Our ideal candidate should have: Experience in traffic arbitration from 1 year; Experience will be an advantage work in the position of Team lead; Ability to set up advertising on Facebook and Google; Experience with product business; Ability to manage a team and gain authority; Understanding of marketing strategies; Ability to manage advertising budgets.
