We invite a Team Lead of the technical support department to join our team WORK SCHEDULE: from Mon to Fri from 9−00 to 18−00. Sat and Sun are closed. SALARY: Trial period 2 weeks Official employment (optional) Salary 25,000 UAH DUTIES: Classification of user appeals and incidents, control over their implementation; Description, implementation and control of technical support processes; Control of the description and performance of tasks assigned to the vendor's development specialists; SLA compliance control, resolution of conflict situations; Technical Support department problem solving; Process automation, team work coordination; Reporting on indicators. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE: Higher technical education; Work experience in a similar position or in the position of deputy head of the technical support service (from 5 subordinates) for at least 2 years; Excellent knowledge of the methodology of technical support work; Experience in the organization and management of support services.
