What we expect from our employee: Experience in a similar position from 2 years. Knowledge of sales stages. Ability to work with objections. Possession of CRM and 1C will be an advantage. Systematic and responsible. Your duties in this position will be: Announcing the goals and tasks of the B2B sales department. Leading the team to achieve the set goals and increase sales. Development of strategies and sales plans to ensure the successful implementation of goals. Active search for new customers and partners for expansion of the client base. Effective management of key clients and solving their current problems and issues. Constant analysis of market trends and the competitive environment to determine strategic directions. Participation in the implementation and improvement of the CRM system for better management of the client base and data analysis.
