Team Lead of the OKC and training department, with knowledge of the Spanish language in 1CallCenter

We work with clients from Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East — and we're growing every day! We are currently looking for a Team Lead of the OKC and training department, with knowledge of the Spanish language

This is a key role where you will be able to influence the development of the team, create training projects from scratch and implement modern growth-culture practices! 

Main tasks:

- administration and organization of the work of teams of trainers, auditors and group managers; 

- analysis and creation of training programs in accordance with the needs of GEO; 

- conduct analysis and evaluation of team performance;

- develop and transform training courses (online and offline), presentations, standards and regulations together with the team; 

- adaptation and training of new and current trainers, auditors, group managers; 

- communication with other company departments to improve the quality of work of sales managers who come to the company and who are already working.

What we expect:

Experienceas a Team Lead or trainer/senior trainer

Understanding the Latin American region

Understandingthe specifics of call center work and the features of group training.

Experience in building effective training processes or process assessment of sales quality.

Spanish language - from B2Ukrainian language - from B1 (or Russian - from B1)

Ability to make decisions, think systematically, motivate the team and achieve results.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 14:00-23:00 (start between 14:00-15:00).
