We are scaling and set new ambitious goals for ourselves, so we are looking for a leader who will lead the logistics team and take the team to a new level. of logistics from 3 years.

Key tasks of the position:

• Organization and coordination of the logistics team, development, motivation, goal setting; documentation and accompanying documents within the established deadlines;
• Checking the quality of tender processing by the logistics team and assisting the team;
• Supporting contractual work, control of application processing, keeping documentation in the company’s internal accounting systems;
• Controlling the work of the operator, ensuring compliance with service standards and the quality of transportation;
• Resolving complex situations during freight transportation (delays, force majeure, claim work) ability to negotiate with carriers;
• Conducting interviews, adaptation and training of new employees, conducting regular feedback and performance evaluation of newcomers;
• Preparation of analytics and reports for daily/weekly meetings, presentation of team work results;
• Participation in weekly Team Lead operational meetings, initiating process improvements and internal business processes and preparing proposals for their optimization.
