Requirements:

• Work experience: from 1 year in the position (Team leader, head of the sales department)
• The ability to sell and transfer your knowledge to the team;
• The ability to find an approach to the team;
• The desire to work for results and develop in a stable company;
• Activity, initiative, responsibility , politeness;
• Creative and indifferent approach to work, working in a team and for the overall result;
• Positive attitude towards people;

Line experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Control over the implementation of the team plan;
• Assessment and motivation of the team;
• Help in the adaptation of a new employee;
• Identify problems in the work of department employees
• Work in the CRM system
