Main duties

• Organization of the work of the system administrators team: distribution of tasks, load control, maintenance of execution and quality discipline works.

• Development and support of IT infrastructure of the company and clients: servers, network, virtualization, backups, monitoring, access, continuity of services.

• Management of technical projects: collection of requirements, assessment of resources, planning, prioritization, control of deadlines, coordination with other teams/contractors.

• Implementation of new services and technologies: analysis of needs, selection of solutions, pilots, migrations, standardization, preparation of implementation plans and risk minimization.

• Incident and problem management: response to critical incidents, organization of rotations, debriefing, elimination of root causes, improvement of system reliability.

• Mentoring and development of specialists: onboarding of newcomers, training, review of solutions/changes, assistance in complex cases, formation of expertise in the team.

• Documenting decisions and processes: updating instructions, schemes, access/backup/update policies, maintaining a knowledge base, describing standards and typical procedures.

• Communication with stakeholders: coordinating priorities with business/clients, clearly explaining risks, statuses and technical solutions.

• Security and compliance control to politicians: access rights management, audit of changes, updates, fulfillment of company/client requirements.
