• Supporting recruiters in solving complex tasks and recruiting personnel.

 Our ideal candidate:

• Experience as a Team Lead of Recruitment

• Understanding of the Latin American region

• Understanding the specifics of call center work and features of mass recruiting.

• Experience in building effective recruiting processes.

• Spanish language - from B2

• Ukrainian language-from B1

• Ability to make decisions, think systematically, motivate a team and achieve results.
