The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of Team lead of recruitment in the Call Center.

Your tasks:

• Help the team solve the most difficult recruitment tasks.

• structured thinking and ability to make strategic decisions based on data;

• Develop innovative solutions to automate routine operations to save team time and effort.< /li>

• Educate and motivate recruiters, provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare plans for the development and growth of employees so that everyone achieves their goals and develops in team.
• Take an active part in the selection of personnel for key company positions.

From you we expect:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year, successful experience team management;

• Understanding the specifics of the work of the CC and mass recruitment;

• English will be an advantage

• Possessions are different tools for building effective recruiting processes;
