Your tasks:

?? Team management and control of its effectiveness;

?? Optimizing the internal processes of the Facebook team to increase productivity; 

?? Demonstration of effective methods and strategies on your own example to increase team motivation and productivity;

?? Finding, testing and scaling working links and new traffic sources;

?? Regular reporting and analytics to management.

If you have: 

?? Practical experience of 3 years or more with verticals: nutra, sweepstakes or crypto (Facebook);

 ?? At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in the Nutra vertical;

 ?? Experience of effectively managing a team of 3 or more employees;

 ?? Ability to motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs;

 ?? Experience working with unlimited advertising budgets (anlim);

 ?? Ability to analyze advertising campaigns and formulate sound conclusions based on the results of launches;

 ?? Experience working with a large number of advertising accounts simultaneously.
