Gravity is an IT company that transforms great ideas into successful projects. We develop effective solutions and tools to promote and support business. Right now, in one of our projects, SRA network, we are looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying (Gambling and Dating vertical).

What you will do:

• Building the project infrastructure for the needs of the team
• Budgeting and financial control, including budget planning for each source (potentially interesting sources are FB (PWA, web-view, link), Google (search, native to search) , Tik Tok, Bing, native (Taboola, Outbrain), Search Arbitrage)
• Participation in traffic streams at the initial stage
• Formation of the project team
• Involvement of resources in within the holding for project construction and effective team work, such as: bizdev+account managers, tech dep, recruitment, finance, hr, lawyer

What is important to us:

• Experience in the position of Team Lead from 2 years
• Experience in building a mediabuy team and infrastructure for team work from scratch or participating in the development
• Knowledge of the specifics of media buying from various sources
• Willingness to independently flood traffic and tests at the initial stages
• Experience in Gambling and Dating niches is a big plus
• Knowledge of English languages ​​at the intermediate level
