Key tasks:
- Working with user engagement channels (social, display, web, app)
Creative testing and rotation, search for trends and new ideas, preparation of TK for designersAnalysis of advertising campaigns, setting and execution of KPIsSearch for new ones traffic channels, conducting test runs, A/B tests, analysis and optimization of results- Working with budgeting
- Competitor analysis, adaptation and implementation of effective communications
- Formation of the buyer team and its management (hiring, onboarding, management)
Experience and skills:
- Experience in performance marketing 2+ years, management experience from 1 year
- Knowledge of the English language at level B1 and above;
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Working with all the main performance tools: context, SEO, targeted advertising, programmatic (affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing will be a plus)
- Practical experience of launching and developing new user engagement channels
- Knowledge of how to set KPI/ROI for any type/kind of traffic
- Knowledge of data analysis methods and general instof digital marketing, including cohort analysis (segmentation of the user base, construction of correlations)
- Understanding both the main purchasing indicators (CPC, CPI, Reach, frequency, etc.) and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (CPA, ROI, CAC, ARPU, LTV, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing.
