Team Lead Of Media Buying in Marketing Box

We are a young, ambitious company whose main activity is e-commerce. We actively sell consumer goods on the Google and Facebook networks, we have our own stores on such marketplaces as Rozetka, Prom, Epicentrk. Our company makes from 900 to 2000 leads per day, which is equivalent to 700 to 1500 shipments per day. We have grown significantly over the past 2 years and continue to scale now. It is for this reason that we are looking for a Team Lead Of Media Buying to join our team, who will work together with the team of media buyers for the Kazakhstan market.

You are our ideal candidate if:

1. You have at least 2 years of general experience in media buying.
2. You have at least 6 months of experience as a Team Lead Of Media Buying for E-commerce (currently we do not have a team that will work for the Kazakhstan market , but HR will help you with this question).
3. You have experience working with the Kazakhstan market (preferably).
4. You have a great desire to develop and learn new things.

Your duties:

1. Creating a team of media buyers from "0" (HR will help you with this issue).
2. Helping the team with the launch of advertising campaigns on the Kazakhstan market.
3. Control and analysis of the team's work.
4. Motivation of the team to achieve KPI.
5. Testing of new product categories and control over scaling RK.
6. Creation of new marketing campaigns, implementation of experiments and new ideas with additional sources of traffic.
7. Collection of RK team statistics on costs, profits and efficiency of the department.
