The Community team needs a leader who will guide the team to achieve and develop.

Mainresponsibilities b>:

• support customers/prospects: provide all the necessary information regarding the tariffs, services, procedures and promotions of the company;
• process customer complaints and wishes, transfer them to the relevant departments;
• resolve conflict situations with clients within the scope of their competence;
• learn project information in a timely manner and transfer it to the team;
• perform the functions delegated by the manager in case of need or his temporary absence;
• compose and monitor compliance with the work schedule and breaks of employees;
• train and adapt staff, organize mentoring for newcomers;
• control the loading of specialists with applications, distribute application channels;
• control 100% of filled information in CRM;

What we expect:

• Higher education (not lower than bachelor's), preferably in tourism
• Experience in a leading position - from 1 year.
  
• Experience and understanding of the peculiarities of work in social networks.
• Responsibility and attentiveness
• Skills for dealing with objections
• Customer orientation
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
• Proficiency in English at B2 level and above
• Knowledge of the Czech language will be a plus
