Your areas of responsibility:
Full management of call center operations
Control of service standards and quality of communication
Work with KPI: daily monitoring, analysis, improvement of indicators
Control of order fulfillment and results operators
Formation of daily and final reporting
Development, motivation and training of the team
Participation in the selection, adaptation and staffing of staff
Initiating and implementing improvements in the work of the department
It is important for us:
Experience in call center (preferably in a managerial position)
Team management experience
Ability to work with analytics and performance indicators
Leadership and decision-making skills
Responsibility, systematicity and result orientation
