As part of our ongoing expansion and commitment to excellence, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Team lead of Affiliates to join our dynamic team.

Key skills:

-Experience in Affiliate marketing (betting-gambling) from 3 years;

-Experience in the position Senior/ Team Lead of Affiliates 

-Successful experience of working in international markets.

-Understanding metrics and ability to qualitatively analyze traffic

-Successful experience in scaling affiliate marketing results

-Effective management of processes and interactions

-Building, training, motivating and mentoring an affiliate marketing team.

-Strategic thinking

-English - Upper-Intermediate level;

-High level of communication skills;

Key Responsibilities:

-Preparing a strategy for the exit and growth of the Brand ;

-Development of presence and growth of team in Company's top countries

-Formation of a promotion strategy; interaction with the creative department;

-Budget planning

-Collecting a database of affiliates and traffic-owners

-Selection of the characteristics of the offer for launching on certain geo

-Building an offer promotion strategy

-Identification of potential new affiliates and effective management of current relationships with existing partners

-Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships

-Analysis of campaigns and development of strategies for promoting offers

-Build and maintain strong relationships through regular contact, which will include meetings, phone and email messages

-Be the main contact point of the company in relations with partners.

-Management and onboarding new team members

-Updated information in checklists, roadmaps
