Team Lead of Affiliate Network (Crypto) in HRISE

We are looking for a leader who will strengthen our affiliate team
We have our own affiliate network, in-house buying, as well as an already formed team of affiliates and business developers. We have created a strong infrastructure that is already producing results - all that remains is to lead and scale success!

Your tasks:

 Management and development of the affiliate direction;
 Coordination of the work of affiliate managers and business developers;
 Formation and implementation of effective affiliate strategies;
 Interaction with the in-house media buying team;
 Attracting new partners and building long-term relationships;
Traffic quality control and KPI compliance;
Competitor analysis, finding new channels and geos for scaling;
Process automation and new tools implementation;
Preparation of reports for management and participation in strategic planning.

We expect:

Experience as an Affiliate Team Lead in the crypto vertical - a must;
Strong analytical and communication skills.
 Successful experience in managing a team, setting KPIs and motivating the team for results.
 Experience in scaling the affiliate direction and working with top partners.
 Ability to build processes from scratch and optimize existing ones.
