  • Understanding business processes of trading enterprises;
  • Experience in solving requests of users;
  • Writing user instructions;
  • Experience of working on consultation lines;
  • Knowledge of 1C Enterprise, BAS UT, Jira, Excel;
  • high efficiency, the ability to work for the team's result.

  Functional duties:

  • Managing a team of consultants 1 C

• Help in identifying errors in IS and their correction (Jira);
• Writing and making changes to current instructions for working with IS;
• Administration of system users (introduction to database, provision of access rights);
• Processing tasks from users.

Conditions:

• Working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Hybrid work format;
• Office in the center of Kyiv in the A-class business center (Gulliver Business Center).
