Team lead Motion designer in KSTUDIO

KSTUDIO.LV is a creative production studio for mobile games from Latvia, which makes dozens and hundreds of videos a week for world-class brands from the USA and Europe! And now we are inviting Team lead Motion designer to cooperate for production and support for our clients from the USA.

Who is our ideal candidate:

• Ready to work in the US time zone (from 20.00 to 03.00 Kyiv time)
• Have experience managing a small team of motion designers;
• Easy to communicate with an analytical mind;
• Experienced with After Effects;
• Experience with game development is desirable;
• Knowledge of English at the level of working communication;
   

What will help you achieve rapid career and financial growth in this position:

• Experience in various 3D packages (C4D, Blender, Unity, Redshift etc.)
• Independence, ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them;
• Ability to manage your work time and meet deadlines;
• Well, the main thing is the desire to grow and develop, together with a company of like-minded people!
   

Selection process:

1. Reviewing responses and resumes;
2. A short call on Google Meet with a recruiter;
3. Small test (up to an hour to complete);
4. Paid test (up to one working day);
5. Making decisions and providing feedback;
